FLEXYBILITY MANAJEMEN, TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG DALAM BERBAGI PRESPEKTIF UNTUK KEBERLANJUTAN ORGANISASI

Persaingan dan perkembangan serta tantangan organisasi saat ini semakin berkembang pesat ditengah perkembangan teknologi informassi. Peran manajemen/pemimpin dalam sebuah organisasi memegang peran penting dalam pelaksanaan manajemen yang fleksibel untuk menghadapi persaingan dan tantangan untuk keberlanjutan organisasi. Fleksibilitas manajemen dapat diaplikasikan dalam berbagai hal di organisasi. Salah satu contoh adalah adanya fleksibilitas jam kerja. Keberlanjutan organiasi juiga didukung oleh flesibilitas manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sistematik Literatur Review (SLR) yang meliputi langkah-langkah menentukan ruang lingkup analisis,menentukan lokasi penelitian, seleski dan evaluasi penelitian, melakukan analisis, pengelompokan clustering penelitian, menentukan topik utama. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasar kajian literatur maka diperoleh peran flesibilitas manajemen memiliki peran penting dalam keberlanjutan organisasi dan peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan organisasi.
